Can you pause Pcmatic to test printer
right click the Supershield icon in the System Tray go to Protection Level and select to turn Supershield off until reboot.

it has to be a network issuse
Click on start
type in cmd
open the command prompt
type in ping 192.168.1.122 Press Enter
I know we did this on desktop
Try with pcmatic off
Also let's check computer ip address
At command prompt type in ipconfig press enter
What address do you get
