web hosting with good webmail?

I'm looking for a web hosting service with a good, mature webmail interface. I would also like to have larger mailboxes than normal (20+ MB). I'm looking to pay under $10.00 a month, as I have very light web traffic. Frontpage extensions would be nice but aren't neccesary. Thanks for any help.

there are plenty of sites out there that provide cheap hosting. be careful what you choose... also try http://www.gtghosting.com - that is cool!
