Run Time Error

When I'm using Internet Explorer I keep getting these run time errors. It sends up a little window with a red x and says runtime error line: 607 for example. Then it asks me to debug it, but I have no idea how to. If anyone knows anything about this it would be appreciated it you could help me out. Thanks in advance.
