Can not change desktop

I had a few viruses and such in the past few days..... all of the viruses and stuff are gone thanks to help from this website...... but I cannot change my desktop background.... I go under the display setting and I can not do a thing....

any help will be appreciated

RIGHT-CLICK HERE and go to Save As (in IE it's "Save Target As") in order to download the smitfraud reg to your desktop.

Double-click smitfraud.reg on your desktop. When asked if you want to merge with the registry click YES.
