Hi all,

Basically i was wondering if it is possible to schedule a batch file to run once another EXE file completes?
Primarily i want my batch file to run only after a certain exe process finishes running on startup. Because i dont know when the servers get rebooted i cant set the batch to be a scheduled task and i dont really know/feel conifdent in tinkering with the exe code.
At the moment i have my batch file code running on startup but tell it to sleep for 20 minutes before doing the rest of the code, by wish time ususally the EXE i need to have started before the batch file completes has been completed. However as you can see it isnt a very elegant solution.

Is there a way flag or something that allows me to know when the EXE file runs or when it finishes?

Hopefully my situation makes sense, any suggestions would be greatful
