Hijacked by Anti-Virus Gold

Hello everyone. I really appreciate this site. Other threads have helped me before, but now I'm a hurtin' unit.

I diligently followed all of the suggested fixes prior to post my HJT log. I have the latest versions of Ad-aware, CWShredder, Hijack This, Killbox and Clean-Up.

I've been battling with trying to get rid of Anti-Virus Gold for a couple of weeks now. It appeared shortly after successfully getting rid of Popuper. Anyway, I'm left with a hijacked desktop. It's blue with a security warning in the background saying a fatal error has occured and it makes reference to a file called Trojan-Spy.HTML.smitfraud.c. I linked to a posting on another board from this board with a fix for that file, but it didn't work.

Thanks in advance. I'll lurk for awhile in hopes of a response, but totally understand if no one is able to get to it immediately. It's midnight where I'm at. I'm pretty determined to get this resolved as I've been working this issue for roughly 6 hours.
