my screen turned blue and it made weird sounds. i couldnt shut down my computer. i had to unplug my computer power to get my computer to turn off.


this has happened before to me and it stopped when i got help from this site, but now its back.


these r the files that had errors:

C:\DOCUME~1\James\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER6ec2.dir00\Mini062105-01.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\James\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER6ec2.dir00\sysdata.xml

can some1 please help me w/ this problem.

Well if this error stopped when you looked on this site just search the subject and you should get the solution :tazz:

the above does not mean anything...those are just the names of two files windows wants to send to Microsoft

What is inside those files would be more helpful, but the most helpful info is content of the blue screen, specifically

STOP: ...........

and what follows it.

first of all i had a [bleep] that u guys helped me clean, but now it just starting happening again.



as for what the blue screen saids.... it doesnt say anything. its just a blank blue screen and i hear cracking noises from my headphones.

as for as what is in the files i have no clue since they r files that i cant open and even if i could i wouldnt want to.

ok lock this topic i found the problem, it was an intel app error. i fixed it.
