when i try to open programs it says:

Windows cannot find Program.exe.

This program is needed for opening files of type 'ZIP' File'.

can anyone help out with this?

If you don't have a zip extractor, you'll need to download either WinZip or some other extractor program. There are many free zip programs available at www.download.com.
