Hi All
I am having a problem when printing off of windows 2000, I get the following error.

"Function address ox3c740ea caused a protection fault, (exception code oxc0000005). The application property sheet page(s) may not function properly.

Can anyone help, thanks.

Uninstall any printer drivers and software. Then unplug the printer from the computer. Then reinstall the printer drivers and software and reconnect the printer. See if that works.

Also, did you install any new programs before this error message started to appear.

OK thanks.

Will that affect the network? The printer is not attached to this specific computer though.

Hi
That didn't work and I forgot to mention that after the first print, the computer freezes. I even reinstalled windows.
