Hello--

I'm new to these boards and very thankful there's a place that will help. I know there's been alot of posts about this, as far as I've seen, but nothing I've read & tried has gotten rid of this [bleep] malware thing yet...

I have the blue screen on my desktop that won't disappear, with the whole "fatal error" thing and the "Trojan-Spy.HTML.Smitfraud.c"

I have a few different anti-spyware/adware programs and none of them have detected or deleted the problem. I looked up some information on fixing it manually and nothing has helped. So here I am ^^*

Thanks for getting back to me. I still need help with it, my computer seems to be running just fine but the fake blue screen is still on my desktop and won't go away.
