Whenever i try and login to my FTP accounts, from any location, i use the ftp://username:[email protected] and it pops up another login prompt. when i put in the correct username/pass there, it says it couldnt login to the FTP server......any ideas?

Are you using the browser, or an FTP app?

try adding the port at the end:

ftp://username:[email protected]:21

usually it's 21, but that all depends on how the server is configured.

You can also try ftp://domain.com:21
then when it asks you for the username and password, enter it, and see what happens.

Try using ACEFtp, very good, easy ect, then on the top type in your host (DO NOT INCLUDE PW) and then type in user+ pass, should connect.
