How should i check the speed of my PC i think i have very low Ram and it is annoying me cause at times my machine is slow.

My hardware is customisze Built is this a problem putting in a new Ram?

If you have Windows XP installed then all you have to do to check the amount and type of RAM you have installed is right click on My Computer and go to "properties" and in the bottom right hand side of the window that pops up, it should display the amount of RAM and the brand and speed of yor processor. And By the way, adding RAM shouldn't be a problm at all just so long as your new RAM matches your old RAM (ie. all sticks are PC 2700 etc.)
