Out of options for me after this.

Click Start>>Run and copy and paste the following into the run box:


regsvr32 wuaueng.dll

Then ENTER and REBOOT your system and check things out and please get back to me.

All I can say is I suggest you try our WINDOWS XP Forum. Hopefully they can remedy the problem.
