I have ran all the software that you provided and it has removed several Malware and Adware problems but I am still having a 1111 IE Page show up in my favorites that I have tried to delete several times to no avail, I would appreciate any help.
Thanks
Deborah

Are you doing this because you haven't been helped yet? I apologize for the delay. Currently, we usually operate on a 3-5 day backlog. Unfortunately, the spyware makers are faster than we are. All of our volunteers put in a LOT of time here, but there are only so many logs we can each handle a day, and there are always more to do. If you can be patient a little while longer, someone will be able to help you.

However, if you truly plan to handle this yourself, please let me know and I will close this topic so no one comes by in a day or two and tries to help when you've already resolved it yourself.

Good luck to you! :tazz:

I am going to just reboot my PC tomorrow and get rid of it that way. I burned my back disk earlier. My computer is about to die if I dont perform CPR on it lol if you know what I mean. I know you guys are busy but when i ahve like 9 views with no replies it makes me wonder ... I saw a lot of posts where people were getting really nasty because there was no replies and i don't want to get to that point so the best thing for me to do is reboot.
Thank You
Deborah
