Hi,
when I turn on my laptop. I enter my password and all of the sudden I have a blue screen with the following error page:

Security Warning:
Fatal error in IE has occured at 0028:COO11E36 in VXD VMM<01> + 00010E36. Error was caused by Trojan-Spy.html.smitfraud.c
*System can not function in normal mode. Please check your security setting
* Scan your PC with available antivirus/spyware remover program to fix the problem.

I tried to start by doing the F8 and make it into safe mode and then select Administrator. I wait for about 30mins and all i see is a black screen with the 4 corners reads "safe Mode". What do I do after that if that is what I am suppose to do? Please HELP.

My laptop is a Toshiba Satellite 1400-S151

Thanks,
STeve
