Need help finding a heatsink

Hey,

I just got a new mobo and processor, and the processor didn't come with a heatsink. It's and AMD Sempron 2800+ 1.6ghz, socket 754. I found this one, and it's not too loud, but I don't know if it will work

If this won't work do you have any ideas?

Looks like it would work you might want to get a hsf with a heat pipe though.
