Cannot remove spyware background on desktop

Hi

I'm having real problems removing this virus despite following instructions given on other posts.

I have run cleanup,smitfraud.exe,ewido, adaware and avg and I no longer have PSGUARD but I still have this annoying desktop background!!

ALso when I ran the sm.bat file it failed as it couldn't find the file anyway.
