Hey, i cant install my printer on my dell. It was on there before and dont know why it was uninstalled but now whenever i hit add printer an error message pops-up saying This operation could not be performed. Printer Spooler Service is not running.

Click start, run, type "services.msc" without the quotes, scroll down until you get to "print spooler". Right click it and click properties. click Start, and change the startup type to automatic. Sounds like this service got disabled somehow.
