Have you installed any new devices? or software recently?

this could be the driver of that device trying to contact the device itself and taking a while, or software that is taking much of your resources which is slowing the boot up process.

you can tell by what is running in your process tab from your task manager or if any errors which wwre recorded in your eventviewer, its a good place to check for any errors.
