ANNOYING POPUPS HELP!/MAYBE TROJANS?

I ran all the programs adaware, cleanup,cwshredder, online virus checker and im still getting popups.i tried deleting them but they still keeping coming back. i dont know what to do. heres my hijackthis log. please help. thank you
