computer crashed reboot does nothing....when he goes to dos it only has
directions in french cannot locate floppy drive but cd rom appears to run
not sure though that it is reading properly any suggestions

If the "Dos" is in french, he has a french version of windows....how did he get this?

know he is not french-his dos is in french he said he has never seen his
computer do this....he has windows xp said he loaded a norton disk in
for windows 98 by accident and his whole system crashed
