Error Remote Assistant

Hello can anyone out there help me with my remote assistant. the error msg is as follows:
Cannot be established because remote host name could not be resolved???

Any suggestions please :tazz:

Windows fire wall might be blocking it check it in the fire wall setings.

it looks like you are trying to enter a computer name instead of its IP address in the Remote Desktop window. Your DNS aren't resolving the name.
