This isn't really anything wrong but I've noticed that when I right click on my desktop I have to wait a short second for the menu to load up. Start menu and everything else works fine.... I just defraged and cleaned my two HDDs. One is 40gb (primary) and the other is 120gb and that didn't seem to help.

I'm running Windows XP SP2 and I have performance adjusted to best.

You might want to open up Task Manger to Processes and compare your physical memory to your memory commitment, and see if your page file usage is excessive.

Everything good is in there, and all the processes running are the required ones, and explorer.
