I am on a budget of 1500 -2000 how does this build look. Any suggestions.

windows xp can be taken off an old pc if you have one with it. Fir the hard drives if you only use it for gaming get the raptors but if it will have to be used for downloading storage etc then get the seagates or an equivelant.
