I have trojan viruses, adware and spyware that I cant get rid of. I already have Norton and AVG. It wont get rid of it. What can I do to get rid of these. Please help.

You have malware we need to fix, but first you need to apply Windows Critical updates. Without critical updates, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.
