I see one suspicous entry in my HJT log, the O20 - Winlogon Notify: IPConfTSP - C:\WINDOWS\system32\ILLOGMSG.DLL. The part where it says "IPConfTSP" seems to change when I reboot and the file ILLOGMSG.DLL can't be deleted. I've also gotten a blue error screen that shuts my computer down saying there is a Fatal Error regarding the WinLogin. Does this sound like a possible infection to anyone?
If you could please take a look at my log and help me out it would be great.
