smiley world toolbar problem

I made the mistake of downloading smiley world toolbar. I got rid of part of it but what is left is the name of the program in the add/remove screen and every time I click to remove it, the thing sends me to the top program (forced scroll up). Alho the toolbar itself is gone it also remains in the menu of checkables which comes up when I right click the toolbar. I would like to get both references to it GONE!
