I know nothing about computers, but my notebook has become infected with this blue screen security warning as described in the topic title and description. I can't get to what I know as my 'normal' desktop display to do anything that might allow me to start to fix the problem. I can't re-boot in safe mode, but if I press 'ctrl-alt-delete', I get a windows task manager box that I'm hoping will allow me to begin to fix the problem. Any help is appreciated!
