Firstly, the speed of some websites is extremely slow, which is unusual. I have had problems accessing my mail. Hotmail.com.cn was fine at first, but a few days later I compose a new message and it does not allow me to select the text box in order to type a message. My daughter, who logs on to English Hotmail, can not even get into her email. After logging in, it goes blank and in the status bar it says 'Done' but the cursor timer is still running.
I have also not been able to log into my email in www.tiscali.co.uk At first I can not login at all as it redirects me to the Tiscali homepage but now it seems to work.
I can not access my Lycos (www.mailcity.com) email at all. Whenever I go to www.mailcity.com website, it says Page Can Not Be Found etc..
I can not install Ad-aware or any software that requires logging in as Administrator as the laptop is a company laptop and my IT Support staff can not identify the problem either. I would greatly appreciate if anyone could help me! Thanks..
