someone told me to remove all cookies go to DOC and Settings then Cookies open the Index file with notepad, then delete all the files to the right of the word "HASH" then save the changes. I did that but when I reopened the file they were all back. Is there any way of deleting these permanently?

In your browser click on tools, internet options and you will see a button marked...delete cookies
