ScHwErV sed to get rid of xoft spy shud i get rid of it because i don think i hav the program all that is in xoftspy folder in program filesis logs and
9758-3050-1918-9292-6466 which contains

activeuser.sls

and

licence.sls

shud i delete the xoft spy folder from program files

also i cant uninsatll fs2004 or remove it in add/remove programs shud i post a topic in os forums

no just do this

boot into safe mode

open HJT click misc tools section then click on open uninstall manager

Select the offending program in the list, click on it once to highlight it...say byebye and click on delete this entry

then reboot pc

i think the uninstall manager on norton can uninstall it
