csrss.exe - Help! *cry*

I've gotten the false csrss.exe file on my system, and it complicates my surfimg on the web and will randomly minimize windows and interrupt full-screen mode while I'm playing computer games, amogst other things.

It obviously can't be deleted through Explorer or by shutting it down through Ctrl+Alt+Del. I first used Security Task Manager to just delete the file on every startup, but it's getting tiresome and is by no means a permanent solution as it keeps coming back every [bleep] time I startup the computer! How do I get rid of this file? For good? I haven't got a good understanding of these things, but as far as I know if has something to do with the registry keys or something, that's causing it to come back?
