Please go into safemode again

close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.


O2 - BHO: CControl Object - {3643ABC2-21BF-46B9-B230-F247DB0C6FD6} - C:\PROGRAM FILES\E2G\IEBHOS.DLL

click fix

then close the program

using windows explorer navigate to C:\PROGRAM FILES\E2G\ and make sure to delete the complete folder

run cleanup and but into normal mode and post a fresh hjt log

I have deleted these files several times. Each time on reboot, tey re-appear.
