When I try to install programs off of a CD-ROM, I can never seem to get them fully installed. I thought it would be a compression issue... and I still do. Would this have anything to do with my processor being 64-bit? I wouldn't think so but I don't know, please help!

Oh, and I've troubleshooted the CD-ROM, it's not the problem. It has got something to do with the OS, or some software.
