My brother is recently installing Battlefield2
and it requires 128 video card ram

His computer has enough video ram but for some reason when the game scans the computer it only says it has 125 video ram

What kind of video card is it? Are the proper drivers loaded? The correct version of Direct-X?

Does it report 128MB of video RAM when the computer is starting up (POST)?

Does it work with other programs?

Is there some kind of setup program that came with the card, that perhaps allows you to reserve some video RAM for a specific purpose, such as fonts or textures?

Does the game perhaps have any other particular requirements that the card does not meet, but a wrong or misleading error message is shown? :tazz:

Finally, does the same game CD or DVD run on other computers? Have you checked the game company's website for any patches?
