Troj/Ablank-V [RESOLVED]

Using Sophos anti virus, which detected a trojan Ablank-V. Couldnīt be removed by Sophos. I did step 1-4 found on this forum, I already had SP2 of Windows XP Home Edtions. But still have the same problems after rebooting.

Thank you very much for replying on my question. I did understand that you were busy.
Meanwhile I have formatted my harddisk and reinstalled Windows XP. I was in complete trouble and a refresh of my computer seemed to be the best way.
Hope not to need anymore help in future.
