internet explorer hijacked by antivirus gold

My computer got hijacked by antivius gold. I used spybot, adwarez, norton internet security 2005, and killbox to delete the virus. I'm not sure it is completely removed. My Interent Explorer doesn't seem to work correctly. The yahoo home page seems to have a different host file and get redirected to some unfamiliar websites. Please help......below is my HJT. Thanks

Welcome acuratl04 to Geeks to Go!

Disable Microsoft AntiSpyware

Right click on the Microsoft AntiSpyware icon (looks like a target) and click on Security Agents Status (Enabled) and click on Disable Real-time Protection. To re enable it, you follow the same steps but click on Enable Real-time Protection.

Download the Hoster from here. Press "Restore Original Hosts" and press "OK". Exit Program.

Please go here: Jotti Virus Scan

Click the "browse" button and locate this file:

C:\WINDOWS\System32\wininet.dll

Click "Open", then click the "Submit" button. Copy the results and paste them here.

Please remove adwarez from your computer.

Here are the results from Jotti Virus Scan and my latest HJT below......

I also noticed that the internet explorer broswer. top window displayed
for example: "geeks to go -> [url="http://www.yahoo.com/""]http://www.yahoo.com/"[/url] instead of "geeks to go -> microsoft interent explorer"

Did Spybot ask you for permission when you ran the Hoster? Please grant permission as you rerun Hoster. Then reboot and post me a fresh HijackThis log.
