hey people i got a problem with my cinema 4d Xl, everytime i double click i icon to start it up i see the box when i says its loading everything then as soon as the program has loaded my cursor disappears and my whole computer freezes then i have to reboot.

any help would be great thanks

my comp spec do you mean? if so is it

AMD 64 3500+ and its socket 939
1 GB dual PC3200 RAM
200GB western digital SATA hard drive
Geforce 6600 ''dual'' 128mb PCI-E
Windows xp home edition 2002

Try reinsall it if you have the CD

i have already re-installed a few times now but still no luck it does the same thing, i've contact support on the maxon website but they still haven't gotten into touch with me.

This same exact thing happens to me... exact thing. I click twice and it locks up and I have to reboot.

i just think it's really annoying because it used to work on my old computer even though it wasn't as good as my new computer i just got built for me (which im on right now and having probs with c4d).so if anyone can help me and justariuss out it would be absolutly smashing.
