Computer Randomly restarts

Hello my computer randomly restarts sometimes, here is the error message i got last time it restarted. (p.s. i checked the option in windows to show an error message instead of automatically restarting)

stop c000021a {fatal system error}

The windows logon process system terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000005 (0x00000000 0x00000000)
The system has been shut down.

I still lean toward mbr corruption and therefore would boot with the recovery console and type

fixmbr \Device\HardDisk0

MBR? Whats that, and how do boot from console? Also what will it do if i type that into the console?
