Hi everyone

I am new here

when I boot up my computer I got a blue screen with this message
"a fateal error in IE has occured at 0028:C0011E36 in vxd vmm<01> +0010e36 Error was caused by trojan-spy.html.smitfraud.c"

I don't have windows explorer running

I can't not access my desktop

I loss control of my desktop

What can I do now

Please help

Can you still use taskmanager (ctrl+alt+del)?

I take it you are using another computer now. Can you use a CD to download and transport files to the infected computer?
