every time i start up my computer i get this stuipid mesage

specied module not found

i dont know y it keeps telling me this there is no posiblitie for me to fix this AND IT DOUSENT DIABLE ANY THING so y dous it tell me how can i get rid of this mesage that comes up on every start up thanks agein
