Dual XP w/1 processer at 95%

I've used Windows task manager and Security task Manager but can't find the process that's taking up my CPU cycles. Only does it with processer number 2. I figure it's a virus but nothing show's up on AVG, Ad-Aware, CW Shredder or Spybot. Can someone please help me figure out what's causing this?
