My friend's computer is having a problem whenever he turns on his computer a message appears that says:
Congratulations! you finished setting up your Hp Pavilion.....etc(or something like that ) then below appears some options like help
and when he click on finish it just frozen

I asked him what was the last thing he did he said nothing

please help How can i fix it!

sorry for not being more descriptive
what I was trying to say is that below says if you have any question click on the help and the office assistant is to the left (something like that I don't remember very well)
