cant tell if my mother board is fried or memory but this stupid [bleep] computer store says they did i diognostic check to se what was the short circut they didnt realy find the prob i did a mem test with knoppix 3.7 19000 erorrs memory now i wonder ?& :tazz:

well if its a memory issue then it should beep at you when your machine first boots.

Its not necessary that the machine should beep if there is a memory error.

well the ones I have seen either beep or come up with BSOD when working within windows.
