IE error: Cannot open window

When I am surfing the web and I am at a website like this one, if I click on a link it will open a new window and if I close that window and try to click on another link I get an error that says, IE cannot open because it is already open. If I clear the cashe, then I can open the new link. I am using windows XP Pro SP1 and IE 6.

repair your IE installation, you can un-install it from Add/remove programs -> windows components
and install it either from the CD again or download a copy from micrsoft website.
