I receive rundll error loading d0ce0c16b1 every time I reboot my PC. I also can no longer get to comcast.net which used to be my home page. When I enter comcast.net, it the blue e box changes to a 1/2 moon w/red dots and sits and does nothing.

I went through every step listed in the instructions and nothing helped so far. I have XP - SP2, run Norton antivirus and also run spybot on a periodic basis. Here's the hijack this log. Please help.

Was the attached hijack log what you were looking for? If not, can you please explain what you need to help me? Thank you much. I still cannot access comcast.net from this computer and the address line on internet explorer can be very difficult to use beause the cursor moves around while typing.
