I was surrfing the web (don't ask where, you don't want to know) and next thing you know, my desktop goes blue and says:


A fatal error in IE has occured at 0028:C0011E36 in VXD VMM(01) +
00010E36. Error was caused by Trojan-Spy.HTML.Smitfraud.c

* System can not function in normal mode.
Please check you security settings.

* Scan your PC with any avalible antivirus/spyware remover
program to fix the problem


So I tried a ton of different free programs and it still wouldn't go. I then found a different site and tried what it said, with no success. I then found you guys and did everything you said, but it still didn't go away. Can you help me? By the way, I'm VERY new to this sort of thing (2 days, to be exact). Here is my hijackthis log:

Fixed it. So I'm going to remove the log, just for personal reasons :tazz:
