Good Morning, Due to my son downloading shareware I now have topsearch, and clearsearch in the computer. Norton finds them but fails to delete them when I run a scan. I go to the repair site, download the removal tool, and it scans and says that clearsearch is not on the computer. I know it is so the tool is useless.
How do I get rid of this malware? :tazz:
