I-beam pointer?

I'm sure this is something very simple, but I want to align text right in Word. Word Help tells me to move the I-beam pointer until I see the align right icon and then click on it. What's the I-beam pointer?

Nevermind. I figured it out. Just had to add the align right icon to the toolbar.
