I'm looking for someone to make a template, or even run a website for my band "Crimson Red Regret." We can't pay you but if you like our music you will definitely get free EP's, shirts, etc. Also all my bands in the past that had website got alot of hits per day, so if you're trying to get somewhere in this business you'll have your name on every page of this website which would be awesome for publicity

Couple questions, do you have hosting? Do you know much about websites? Do you need server side scripting? Do you have the time to keep the site up to date yourself?
